Owen Schwaegerle is a third-generation real estate entrepreneur. Both of his grandparents loved real estate and passed that passion on to their children and grandchildren. Owen grew up in a family that has served the Bay Area for the over 40 years, helping families buy and sell homes and investments. Owen is an Eagle Scout. He attended Cal Poly and majored in agribusiness and minored in political science. During his time at Cal Poly, he volunteered and helped serve his community and was ultimately elected to represent Cal Poly as the student body president. The biggest take away from Cal Poly was his college sweetheart. They are now happily married and Owen is a family man. After graduating college, he worked at Rabobank as a financial analyst underwriting commercial real estate loans. Now, Owen is working full-time as a broker associate at Keller Williams, pursuing his passion for real estate and helping people buy and sell homes and investments. He is passionate about helping his clients improve their financial position and get great deals!
